Funeral Wishes Form

If you do not have a pre-paid funeral plan (left menu link) this FREE SERVICE is available to all Steele Rose Clients who have, or intend, to store their Will with them.

When a loved one has passed away organising the funeral can be a distressing burden for your relatives. To make the process easier and to make your wishes known, you can fill out this form quickly and easily and email it to Steele Rose to keep with your Will for future reference.

Simply fill out the form on the right and click on Submit below and your emailed details will be stored with your Will.

It is recommended that you also keep a separate note, with your personal papers at home, of where this form it stored, as it is possible your Will may not be read until after your funeral.
